SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY     

We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame by the logistics partner. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed Courier Company/Postal agencies.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC
- We delivers across all the major locations within India. 
- We ship throughout the week (Monday-Friday), except on weekends and national & public holidays pertaining to India. 
- Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.
- Shipping charges depend on the delivery location. Charges will be determined once the shipping details are provided by you. 

INTERNATIONAL
- We delivers across Worldwide. Except a few where reliable and consistent courier services are not available.
- Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.
- We ship throughout the week (Monday-Friday), except on weekends and national/ public holidays pertaining to India.
- For all international shipments, the shipping and handling charges must be paid by the customer at the time of order placement. These charges are not included in the product prices or shipping costs.
- The International Consignments are also liable for applicable customs duties and taxes as prevalent in the respective destinations, and an additional handling charge by the courier company that facilitates the customs clearance. 
- These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.


DELIVERY
- All products shall be shipped from India.
- Ready to Ship products will be delivered within 8 days within India, kindly check in the product description. 
- We shall deliver products to all cities across India and states all over India, as well as in select countries outside India, as may be found feasible by us from time to time upon customer’s request and costs. 
- Customers are requested to provide full address with pin code/zip code, and any inaccuracies in delivery on account of incorrect address/details we shall not be responsible of  it any manner whatsoever. 
- In case of multiple orders, Customer may receive the same together/separately depending on product availability and shipping locations. 
- In the event of a shipping delay caused by stock unavailability or an unusual delay in order fulfillment, Inara Looms will notify you via email.

- Every product has its own delivery period which is clearly mentioned in their respective details.
Please note that delivery timelines can be affected in case of the following:
> Complete payment is not received.
> Incorrect/ Inaccurate contact & e-mail details.
> No response or delay in response from the customers. 
> Delay from our courier partners for reasons unknown.
> Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or supplier issues, we reserve the right to cancel orders or delay shipments. In such cases, affected customers will be notified promptly, and appropriate arrangements will be made.

"Inara Looms shall not be held liable for any non-delivery of the product, if details provided by you, such as recipient name, address, e-mail Id or contact number is incorrect. Any additional costs incurred by www.inaralooms.com for redelivery will be charged to you, please double-check and provide accurate information."


SHIPPING COST

DOMESTIC 
- NO shipping charges for orders above INR. 8000/- 
- Shipping charges vary from location to location. 

INTERNATIONAL
- For International Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and Destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.


Request for change of Postal Address:
- Please note that we are unable to alter the shipping address or reroute orders once they have been dispatched.
- If there is an error in the shipping address provided during checkout, kindly email us at reachus@inaralooms.com 


TRANSIT RISK
- Our products are packed in a secure Tamper Proof Packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery agent.
- Please email us at reachus@inaralooms.com mentioning your Order ID and we’ll do the needful.
- If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.

Disclaimer 
"All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with, please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition."


TAXES & DUTIES & CUSTOMS

DOMESTIC
- Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST.
 
INTERNATIONAL
- VAT or any other country duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product(s) or shipping charges. 
-Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Inara Looms encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
- If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Inara Looms at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
- For the purposes of clarity, in the event that any delivery of products outside India result in any additional taxation liability upon Inara Looms, such taxation liability may be added to the final price of the product payable by you to Inara Looms.

- Most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of such charges/all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.


SHIPMENT TIME
- Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided; however these are merely indicative and Inara Looms shall not be liable to strictly adhere to any such indicative time lines. 
- Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors.
- In Order to get an accurate estimate of shipment time, kindly email the order number or item codes.
- As far as possible, product orders shall be processed within 48-72 hours of the Order being placed with Inara Looms. Expected shipment time is 7-15 business days, all other factors being optimum.


TRACKING OF SHIPMENT
- Inara Looms shall provide details of shipment via email & WhatsApp alerts to the customer, once the package is handed across to the carrier agency, which contain/consists the transport/courier agency’s website details along with tracking number and expected date of delivery. 
- The Customer may use the said details to keep a check on status of the package.
- Please note that tracking numbers for orders shipped may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the websites.


READY TO SHIP
- All Ready to Ship products are dispatched in 2-3 business days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
- Ready to Ship section is a special section that allows the Customer to place a last minute order ensuring the delivery of the product within the next 8 days.


DISCLAIMER
- For any assistance, please email us at reachus@inaralooms.com mentioning your Order ID and we’ll do the needful.
- We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities, but will definitely help you track down your package through our Logistics partners.
- In the event of a non-delivery due to an error on your part (e.g., incorrect name, address, or any other inaccurate information), any additional costs incurred by www.inaralooms.com for redelivery will be charged to you.
- Please note we are still in a testing phase and hence any of the above terms and conditions might be subject to amendments and modification in the near future.
